Elizabeth was a big help. She was professional and courteous. I was frustrated when I came in because I had called and reserved the unit through the corporate office and they had messed up the reservation. Elizabeth was empathetic and kept a cool head and solved the problem. She was very respectful of my time and situation. Great employee. They are lucky to have her.

Allen is totally cool to work with. Got me in and out. I came back and even had to change units 'cause it was too small...wow...again easy process to switch out and didn't wait long either! I'd go back to them again! Only thing is currently the down the hill gate is broken, so, I fear that anybody can go on in and start messing with peoples stuff. I'd prefer they have something there...chained because at this time, all of our items aren't secure.
