I've been going to Norm's for the last 25 years back when Mike the owner was in there running it, now currently his wife Juanita. Always great service, and they always seem to beat everybody on price. Thank you guys for all the years of great service.highly recomend them!!!
Let me first start off by saying I totaled my last car and needed a car to get me back on the road. They help me specially with any concerns I had with the vehicle I bought from them. They are very much up front with everything. Also nice to a place they will talk with me not at me. This is why I love family owned business over corporation any day. They generally care about their customers. Would recommend anyone to use this place.

I was coming from Minnesota, just passing through and my belt came off my car and i was stuck in middle of Kansas City with no help. So I called them and told them what happened and i was going to have it towed to them, but the tow company took like 3 hours to show up. Norms showed up before them and came to me and fixed my belt on the spot in 5 mins. WAS GREAT HELP AND GOT IT DONE FAST and i was back on my way home. Recommend them to anyone in that area.
